These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the New Braunfels Dumpster Co. website and your rental of any dumpster or roll off container from us (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By requesting a quote, placing an order, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Rental Agreement
Placing an order for a dumpster rental, whether by phone, email, or through our website, constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Standard rental periods are 7 to 10 days unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. Extensions beyond the standard rental period may be arranged in advance and may incur additional charges.
Pricing and Payment
We offer flat rate pricing by container size, which includes delivery, pickup, and disposal of accepted materials up to the weight limit specified for that size. Charges beyond the flat rate may apply for:
- Exceeding the weight limit for the container size ordered
- Extending the rental period beyond the agreed term
- Prohibited items found in the container that require special handling or disposal
- Additional trips required due to inaccessible delivery or pickup locations
Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking. We reserve the right to require payment prior to delivery or upon pickup, depending on the circumstances of the order.
Placement and Access
You are responsible for providing a suitable, accessible location for container placement, including a flat surface capable of supporting the weight of a loaded container. You are responsible for identifying the location of underground utilities, septic systems, sprinkler lines, or other buried infrastructure at the delivery site. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed underground utilities.
If a container is placed on your driveway, lawn, or other surface, we take reasonable care during delivery and pickup, but we are not responsible for surface damage resulting from the normal weight and placement of a loaded roll off container, including damage to asphalt, unreinforced concrete, or soft ground.
Permits
If a container needs to be placed on a public street, sidewalk, or right of way rather than on private property, obtaining any required permit from the City of New Braunfels or applicable local authority is the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Prohibited Items
The following items may not be placed in any container without prior written agreement, and their presence may result in additional fees or refusal of pickup:
- Hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, and pesticides
- Asbestos containing material
- Batteries, tires, and pressurized cylinders
- Appliances containing refrigerant that has not been properly removed
- Fuel, oil, and other liquid waste
- Medical or biohazard waste
Loading prohibited items into a container may result in additional disposal fees, delayed pickup, or refusal of service, at our discretion.
Weight Limits and Overloading
Each container size has an associated weight limit. Loads exceeding this limit are subject to overage fees based on the excess weight. A container loaded above its top rim cannot be legally transported and will not be picked up until the load is brought within a safe and legal limit. We reserve the right to assess actual weight at disposal and bill accordingly if the load exceeds the estimated or contracted weight.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a delivery by contacting us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice generally do not incur a fee. Same day cancellations or rescheduling after a delivery is already in transit may be subject to a service charge.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, New Braunfels Dumpster Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the rental or use of our containers, including but not limited to project delays, lost time, or damage to property beyond the placement and removal of the container itself. Our total liability under any claim related to a rental is limited to the amount paid for that rental.

Content on this website is provided for general informational purposes about our services and service area. We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing and availability information current, but actual pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of booking. We do not guarantee that the website will be free of errors or uninterrupted.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your rental agreement with us will be resolved in the courts of Comal County, Texas.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
